If a student is from a country where English is a foreign language then the TOEFL is required for admission.

The Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) measures the ability of nonnative speakers of English to use and understand North American English as it is used in college and university settings. A student who achieves a TOEFL score of 620 (paper based test) (260 CBT, 105 IBT) or higher will have a greater chance to be admitted with financial support than an otherwise similar student with a lower score.
Students who have earned degrees from the following countries are exempt from the TOEFL requirement:

- Grenada
